Section 1.3 : About Beekeeping

This is the third webinar in the our Academy Webinar Series. PerfectBee Ambassador Pam Hepp joins Mark Williams to build a bridge, between the science and life of the honeybee – as covered in our first two webinars – to the role of the beekeeper.

We cover topics important to beekeepers as they enjoy their hobby, including their decision about natural beekeeping, foundationless beekeeping, whether to join a beekeeping club and more.

We also look at some important practical issues to be considered, such as urban beekeeping, dealing with neighbors, beekeeping with kids and more. We also discuss how to avoid and deal with bee stings.
